The C4 Group is an experienced team of individuals who work directly with churches and organizations proving insight and leadership on impacting culture by improving their communities.

Monty L. Hipp, the Founder and President, leads the C4 team. Monty has worked full time with and for youth for over 25 years. His experience with youth has been the catalyst and motivation behind the focus of what C4 is doing today. Known as a thought-leader, Monty oversees all C4 initiatives, speaks to thousands of youth and adults annually around the world, and consults other organizations on nonprofit development.
