Monty
L. Hipp is an individual impacting today's culture. His ability to
address current issues and implement solid, life-changing principles is

States as well as around the world. He is a dynamic communicator and
one of the most creative individuals you will meet. Monty speaks to
thousands annually at conferences, conventions, and other major venues,
and is a sought-after communicator on a variety of topics. He is a
leader of leaders and is committed to raising up the next generation of
leaders. His grasp on the issues of our day positions him as a voice
for the generations.
Monty is the President
of The C4 Group based in Washington DC. Under Monty's leadership, The
C4 Group is helping churches impact culture by improving their
communities. He is helping the church engage with America's key
solution providers - the faith community, government entities, business
leaders, and givers both philanthropic and volunteer. The C4 Group is
launching The Care StrategyTM around the nation.
Monty
is an author, speaker, and respected voice in leadership development.
He and his team provide thought-leading consultation for churches and
faith organizations in the areas of leadership development,
organizational management, team building, and strategic planning and
community engagement. He is the founder of the Ethical Revolution, a
strategy to help individuals and organizations make sound ethical and
moral decisions. Monty's background and influence in the not-for-profit
sector, public school arena, and the local church, along with
Para-church groups, enables him to assist with a wide variety of topics
and provide significant insight and help to other organizations.
Monty's
experience includes serving as a local church youth director and as the
District Youth Director for Washington State and Northern Idaho. From
there, he served on the executive leadership team for a national
denomination. Monty founded Get Real Assemblies and Creative
Communications offering a message of challenge, hope and encouragement
to thousands of teenagers and young adults. Monty also served as
President of First Priority of America and as Vice President of
National Initiatives for We Care America in Washington, DC.
Monty
was born in Oklahoma and attended Northwest University in the Seattle,
Washington area. He is married to Renee and they have two children, a
son Robby, who is married to Charity, and a daughter, Ashley, who is in
her third year of college. The latest addition to the family was their
first grandchild, Lincoln.
Monty's
positive outlook on life is contagious; his passion to see individuals
challenged to a personal plan of action is transforming lives, helping
those in need and impacting this culture. His life mission statement
sums up well his contribution to all who meet him; to model a
