The C4 Group partners with organizations in a four-step process.

1. Coordinate - The C4 Group works closely with a local church to determine its capabilities and the community's needs. A plan is developed that positions the church to bring its resources to bear on the improvement of the community. As this plan is developed, The C4 Group is prepared, as needed, to assist in organizational and systems development, preparing churches for maximum impact.

2. Communicate - The C4 Group partners with the church to strategically communicate its vision for community transformation and the associated strategy. This communication process includes church staff meetings, church services, and one-on-one meetings with community solution providers.

3. Collaborate - The church will implement its customized Community Care Strategy by collaborating with local solution providers. Throughout this process, The C4 Group will be available to church leaders for customized coaching.

4. Cultivate - As the church builds a bridge to its community, those impacted within the community will undoubtedly cross that bridge to the church. The C4 Group will be available to coach church leaders as they cultivate results within their church body.
